• There's a really cute photo taken by Howie Lyhte at the Portsmouth, NH, show last month. It's in the candids section of the gallery.

• Razor and Tie's website has September 25 as the release date for Dar's live album.
• Updated the tour schedule with some Massachussets dates in August.

• Ron Greitzer has offered up a couple of chord transcriptions from Dar's early tapes - Terrarium and Calamity John. You can get to 'em from the Play with Dar section.

• The finally tally is in for the Great Dar Williams Snowden Environmental Trust auction. We had 122 separate auctions, raising a total of US$2,565.32. Our thanks go out to everyone. • Dancing on the Air, a site that belongs to NE Public Radio WAMC-FM.  You can listen to a live show they had with Dar in January 2001. She performs: It Happens Every Day, Are You Out There, The Christians And The Pagans, February, an When I Was A Boy. There's no interview, just tunes. • Scott Green was scanning some old floppy disks and found some fabulous photos of Dar from the early days circa 1994-1995. I've put them up in the gallery (most are on the concert shots page) as well as re-organizing the gallery a little bit.
• On the music page, some links to a few Internet lyrics pages that carry Dar's lyrics have been added.

• MEDIA ALERT: Dar is on the cover of Dirty Linen magazine's June/July issue. It's a long article by Philip Van Vleck titled "Dar Williams Travels In Two Worlds." I'll link to the article as soon as its online.    Thanks to Howie Lyhte for the notice.
• Susan Goodell lets us know about a Dar-related bit of information: A new film, Investigation of a Flame,

chronicles the protest of the Catonsville Nine (Daniel Berrigan) referenced in Dar's song, I Had No Right.  The film is premiering at the Maryland Film Festival tonight and there is an interesting article on the movie in the May 3 Baltimore Sun.
